Konduit Operations is a consultancy dedicated to helping founders eliminate operational chaos and scale with confidence. The challenge was to create a digital presence that mirrored the precision and efficiency they provide to their clients. They needed a professional, high-performance platform that could serve as both a "strategic right hand" and a dynamic repository for their expanding list of services and success stories.

As the lead designer and developer, I was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Konduit platform. My role spanned from initial UX strategy and brand application to high-fidelity UI design and custom Webflow development. I focused on ensuring that the final site was not only visually aligned with Konduit’s professional authority but also technically optimized for long-term scalability.

I approached the build with a "systems-as-a-service" mindset. I created a robust Webflow CMS architecture that empowers the Konduit team to update their services and case studies independently. By utilizing a modular component library, I ensured that every new entry maintains 100% brand consistency. This systematic approach allows the platform to grow at the speed of the business, ensuring a high-performance user experience across all devices.

The biggest takeaway was the value of client empowerment through technical logic; by prioritizing a flexible CMS structure, I delivered a product that doesn't just look professional, but functions with the same operational rigor that Konduit promises its clients.
